Rather than pressing down to a fixed point, the 6-blade head uses the distributor's own weight to find the natural resistance point of the puck bed — automatically adapting to the grounds in front of it and smoothing everything from the centre outward to the basket edge, whatever the dose or basket depth happens to be that day.

6-Blade Gravity Technology, Adjustable to Your Preference Six pointed distribution blades work outward from the centre of the puck bed at a consistent rate, squaring the grounds cleanly to the basket edge and eliminating the voids and uneven density that cause channelling during extraction. An adjustable screw on the handle lets you dial in the drop speed of the blade — slower for lighter, more even levelling, faster for a more assertive distribution — or lock it off completely once you've found the setting that works for your grind and dose.
