“Craft beer and coffee – Better together. There is a unique marriage that takes place when like-minded beer enthusiasts and a coffee connoisseur decide to conspire. At Craft Beer Commonwealth and Birdy Coffee Company, we are passionate about locally-made, craft beverages - and we ought to be. We are a partnership between an accumulation of breweries, a coffee roaster, and malt barley farmers stretching across Central Alberta, who each bring their unique skills and perspectives to the year-round Gasoline Alley Farmer’s Market, where we spend the week roasting coffee and brewing beer so that you can enjoy the beverages you desire for every market visit. Drop by the market for a warm latte or a cold pint - or even book a private event located in our snug upstairs brewery. We even offer brewing or roasting experiences if you’d like to create your very own signature beer or coffee for your next event
